An event every week that begins at 8:00am on Tuesday, repeating until December 31, 2019
Learn postures, form, and breath work, while building physical strength, flexibility, and balance. Comfort and safety are ensured through the use of chairs, the wall, and other exercise equipment to accommodate individual variations and modifications. Taught by Kim Crowley, ACE- Certified Personal Trainer and Parkinson’s Fitness Instructor.
