Our non-profit Parkinson’s Fitness organization is located just north of Boston. We are dedicated to helping people fight Parkinson’s disease through ability-based balance, strength, and movement classes, boxing, yoga, specialized art and music programs, and educational seminars.
Parkinson's Foundation Chief Scientific Officer James Beck, PhD has stated study statistics that estimate by the year 2030, Parkinson's disease cases in the United States are expected to surpass 1.2 million. Whether you have recently received a diagnosis or have been living with its challenges for a number of years, we are here to work and walk alongside you in the journey.
Our first-hand experience and extensive training can help educate otherwise healthy individuals and families learn how to best meet the lifestyle changes Parkinson’s disease creates by establishing empowering physical and cognitive goals, and finding a safe, motivating, welcoming, educational and social environment in which to share with others the challenges and triumphs in living well with Parkinson’s.

"I like to encourage people to realize that any action is a good action if it's proactive and there is positive intent behind it."  - Michael J. Fox
