Our non-profit Parkinson’s Fitness organization is located just north of Boston. We are dedicated to helping people fight Parkinson’s disease through ability-based balance, strength, and movement classes, boxing, yoga, specialized art and music programs, and educational seminars. Whether you are recently diagnosed or have been living with its challenges for a number of years, we are here to work and walk alongside you in the journey.

Our extensive, first-hand experience and training can help educate otherwise healthy individuals and families learn how to best meet the lifestyle changes that Parkinson’s disease creates by establishing empowering physical and cognitive goals in a safe, motivating, welcoming, educational and social environment where they can share with others the challenges and triumphs in living well with Parkinson’s.

Class Members Have These Words to Share...

"The Parkinson's Fitness goal is to provide consistent and affordable access, support, and skills to live well with Parkinson's. They far exceed their goals! They take the time to get to know, support, and check in on each and everyone, including caregivers. I can't praise them highly enough. We are so lucky to have found this wonderful organization!"

"Parkinson's Fitness has been part of my family for almost 10 years now. They reach out to me 5 days a week and the other two days, I can bring up a video if I want. Without these programs, I feel like I would not be functioning as well as I am. We rely on these classes to keep us going! Parkinson's Fitness gives us the ability to fight back!"
