An event every week that begins at 1:00pm on Wednesday, repeating until December 26, 2018
Practice basic postures, form, and breath work for building physical strength, flexibility, and balance. Comfort and safety are ensured through the use of chairs, the wall, and other equipment to accommodate individual abilities affected by functional instability. Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. Class opens and closes with a restorative moment, paired with mindful breathing. Taught by instructor, Heather Tharpe.
