An event every week that begins at 10:00am on Thursday, repeating until December 26, 2019

Classes are planned to help improve mobility, stability, strength, endurance, cognition, and flexibility. Team and individual exercises and activities are adjusted to each participant’s level of fitness and ability. Class members encourage one another physically an emotionally…and share a healthy amount of fun together, too!
