An event every week that begins at 10:30am on Wednesday, repeating until December 25, 2019
A combination of seated and standing stretching and strengthening exercises using weights, balance pads, resistance bands and the agility ladder. Participants are encouraged to challenge themselves through fun obstacle courses, ball-throwing, boxing footwork and rhythmic walking to a variety of music. Brain teasers, memory and movement exercises, and facial/vocal exercises round out this class. Taught by Kim Crowley.
