Strength, Flexibility & Balance Marblehead 11 am-12 pm
Learn postures, form, and breath work, while building physical strength, flexibility, and balance. Comfort and safety are ensured through the use of chairs, the wall, and other exercise equipment to accommodate individual variations and modifications. Taught by Kim Crowley, ACE- Certified Personal Trainer and Parkinson's Fitness Instructor.

Balance in Motion, Topsfield 1-2 p.m.
A series of seated and standing movement exercises, sometimes using props such as balls, towels and balance pads to promote strength, flexibility and balance. Participants are given tools through rhythm, dance and movement sequences that help improve agility and mobility issues associated with Parkinson’s. Movement games, vocal and facial exercises and a variety of music add to the fun.
