Strength in Motion, Beverly CANCELED TODAY
Classes are planned to help improve mobility, stability, strength, endurance, cognition, and flexibility. Team and individual exercises and activities are adjusted to each individual’s level of fitness and ability. Participants encourage one another physically and emotionally… and share a healthy amount of fun together, too!

Boxing & Conditioning, Salem 1-2 p.m.
Boxing instruction and full-body conditioning enable participants to simultaneously work on gross motor movement, rhythm, core strength, balance, and hand-eye coordination.

Balance in Motion, Gloucester 2-3 p.m.
A series of seated and standing movement exercises, sometimes using props such as balls, towels and balance pads to promote strength, flexibility and balance. Participants are given tools through rhythm, dance and movement sequences that help improve agility and mobility issues associated with Parkinson’s. Movement games, vocal and facial exercises and a variety of music add to the fun.
